Washington State Eviction Process?
So at the 21st January, I gave my tenants a three-day notice to vacate or pay. You have finally cleared 6th February, they told me they would pay rent, but they took them away, leaving garbage in the house and left me only one key instead of 2, and no forwarding address as I said. So now I'm forced to bring them to justice, even though you said if I found them, they would just file bankruptcy in court, so no one got a cent. Does anyone know the procedure? Or where can I download the forms? Thanks to the court said something about filing a Notice of Default.
