Can someone really do this?

I live in Washington State. Last year my landlord gave me notice on November 7th that she wanted me out by the 30th. Does that mean that I can’t file a countersuit?

You can sue anyone……..anytime……….for any reason………for any amount………..as long as you can afford it…….You need an attorney………….sorry…………
