Where does the U.S. gov't get all their funding?

not sure if this is a stupid question and sorry if its unclear, but with all the crises (Lehman Brothers), natural disasters (hurricanes), the U.S. faces now and I'm surprised, now recovered the entire economy and stocks recovered, where it arrives, it is money. Banks? CB? Fed? Injecting more money, but money wouldnt be worth less than ever before, securities? And it is not if another country was suffering, The U.S. gov't still on providing donations to keep billions of dollars … and correct me if in the wrong, not the U.S. government has a huge national debt, as they pay back all this? pls clarify, very confused …

Your tax dollars at work. Even large loans from banks and insurance companies. They "guarantee" the debt, the way the Fed cosinging a loan for themselves.
