If filing bankruptcy, if I check my EDD is also a garnish that payment.?

I was always under the assumption that everything in the government, such as student loans and tax liens owed could not be included in the BK. However, you should ask your lawyer. If you do not have money to pay further this month, this must be reflected in the basic for the filing bk and maybe they can help.
