real estate taxes bankruptcy

should i foreclose or file bankrupt?
I can’t pay for my house anymore. I’ve been thru all my options. which is better… foreclosure or bankruptcy? Also what happens to the back real estate taxes that I owe?
In this case, your back is against the wall. Just file Bankruptcy. The reasoning is this: Neither is good, I went through both. Lost the house, and then filed chapter 7 anyways. Both are bad on the credit score. But after the bankruptcy, I had a fresh start. I slept at night, and didn’t have to worry about creditors coming anymore. But with just foreclosure, the attack dogs (other credit collectors) keep coming to get you, and they lie and try to rip you off no matter what they promise.
