I'm considering filing for bankruptcy, but there are initial questions. The debt that I a total of over 10,000. they are more as I pay right now. They are mainly invoices like a Direct TV bill, an electricity bill, an internet account, 2 credit card bills, some medical Bills. All these accumulated while I was trying to live on my own when I left my parents' house. Now I'm back with my parents and I can not pay, because they simply add up these accounts. I would like this and get paid for, beat someone before filing bankruptcy. I also have a car that I'm behind you on the payment. When I filed for bankruptcy, I would be able to add my car payment and still retain my car? How does it work and what are the pros and cons? Thanks for your help.
