We try to buy a property in Texas the middle of a bankruptcy?

I was told I need to sign the current owner of a power of attorney, so I deal directly with the bank. Does anyone have a link where this form is or a little more information about this process?

uh … if the property is an asset in a bankruptcy, you must have permission from the court as well. Start with a lawyer. This could be a complicated mess, before it all said and done.
