potential bankruptcy companies

potential bankruptcy companies
If someone went into bankruptcy, as they would on their LLC?

If someone went into bankruptcy or credit counseling, it would on an LLC, that the person for their company? If the LLC (Limited Liability Company will be) put into bankruptcy, too? The person who I know has a huge credit card debt is up to them not making much money now, but the potential has to make money later. How would they affect personal bankruptcy, LLC?

I'm not through bankruptcy, but my Guess is that it would be a LLC, an asset that could sell the court. Then the question is there a value in the LLC in addition to their time? If there is no value, then it is likely sure. I do not think that would be the LLC itself into bankruptcy, because that would be a separate legal entity.
