Can I complain about the personal guarantee for a 2nd mort, where the corp has declared bankruptcy?

I sold my ranch in 2006, again 2. for about $ 600,000. With personal warranty payments received for about 20 months then company filed for bankruptcy buyer. Do you still single credit worthy. Can I sue on my note?

Explain the original mortgage, who owns it, what the original amout, how much is still owed on it was? What is the current value of the mortgage? If the second Mortgage in the name of the individual or society?
