Work visa bankruptcy?
Is there a language in bankruptcy law that prohibits a non-US citizens here on a work visa from the filing Chap. 7 or 11? Please keep personal observations to yourself, thank you.
Anyone with any immigration status may even file for bankruptcy. The bankruptcy code is silent on this issue.
