ohio bankruptcy information

How do I report an unethical law firm at the Ohio State Bar Association?
I hired an attorney to file bankruptcy, they never contacted me more than twice during to see a 9 months every time I call, as my case was handled would be, they would tell me I needed from multiple documents. However, I had already turned them in three times they had lost my documents, so now all my documents are in circulation with all my personal information about them. So I fired them and hired another lawyer. And the first law frim tells me I'm not a refund I paid them $ 1300 for what? They did nothing for me except lose my documents. How can I structure it in?
If the firm can demonstrate, billable hours (and they will be able to), there is no moral issue. They were not happy with their work, that's fine, but the work she has done, is to be finalized. Do you know what is immoral? At best you could show a law firm, which was incapable. This is very different than unethical. Yet perhaps deserves sanction, but not an ethical issue at all. I've found in almost all Case where this kind of confrontation, the error lies in the client, not the company. Law firms often lose documents, let alone three. Most is their fault in not ensuring that the client understands his role properly.
