notice of hearing bankruptcy

Taxes or bankruptcy first.?
I'm broke, unemployed, and did not take years to pay taxes for. I have a Sub-chapter S corporation, they receive money for services since around 2005. I am currently in college, so I may be my life on track. I am receiving collection notices in the week 50-10 and the repo man was crouched on my car over a year. Everything was bad, then worse, now a nightmare. If I every hope, who were from college with a fresh start what can I do? Bankruptcy costs money, tax lawyers cost money. I dont even know have copies of bank statements and switch banks as often as I also call on those who currently records to get. I've also heard that when I go through bankruptcy I will not be able to get any money for college. Who do I contact first? Or do I just fake my own death, seriously, its so bad.
Turn on the car: The bankruptcy court has a payment plan that you for filing bankruptcy within can pay for 90 days your case. File all tax returns to avoid as quickly as possible additional sanctions. File bankruptcy themselves. The forms are available online and File your own tax return. The Subchapter S corporation is an entity through income that is reported on your regular tax return. To www.taxact.com and make you prepare your tax return. They should also make a 1120-S for the Subchapter S corporation. Personally, I would switch to a LLC as non-Subchapter S. But that's your funeral.
