I'm being blackmailed by the bankruptcy of the Northern Illinois business for us $ 50k, what can I do?

I'm not even directly involved with the person submitted, the actual bankruptcy but they are threatening to file sepreate me if I do not give them $ 50k the person notified by the bankruptcy claims I owe them. I owe money even though the person

Sounds like someone bound to make you pay their bill and get the heat out of the back. I would get a lawyer and the federal police.
