Ameriquest Settlement Check – has anyone heard from check her attorney general on Ameriquest Settlement?

I talked to the MN state attorneys general Office today. Who expressed that other states and Minnesota Office of frustration with the issue and said that it is a legitimate problem between Ameriquest and the administrator. What does this mean, I do not know. But that money has been to the States distributed. He keeps his fingers crossed that the checks actually go between 12 December and 14th. I suspect that the "legitimate problem" could have been lent by the review … this is just a guess from me. I also asked if we Money should be worried about getting tied up in bankruptcy if Ameriquest should pursue. He said that the money has already been secured and that if her bankruptcy of Ameriquest there is no impact on the settlement. I'm just curious to hear what other people by their attorneys general, they would have contacted them.

I have an email from my Attorney General will receive the State of Texas, Greg Abbott's office. have his office that the checks would go out between 12 December and the 14th. In , I also spoke to Rust Consulting, which is the administrator for the distribution of these controls. Any interest not actually go in the settlement funds accrued to them .. but is distributed to the eligible borrowers, so the longer we wait, the more dollars to your original minimum amount, you would have received if you get your registration. I am very satisfied that the checks expire as scheduled in December.
