What to do if landlord is to fraudulent behavior with the personal data of others?

I have recently had a request for an apartment for rent by private owners. I provided my personal information when completing the application rental. I am now the woman never had plans for the square Rent, and has a "house" as a front to obtain the personal information of others to commit fraud.
