Why is this not the time for health reform?

I keep hearing that we need a kind of reforms, however, that it is not the right Time, because we are in a recession. Do they not realize that the crisis in the health care industry is one of the posts in this negative. 1st Many foreclosures and the majority of bankruptcies are the result of medical bills. 2nd People who have lost jobs can not afford to pay the high cost thousands the COBRA coverage and lose every day. 3rd More people to the industry will lead to more jobs in health care. I love that none of the anti-reform the people never directly addressed my question.

Because big business has the U.S. government lock, stock and barrel, and the insurance companies do not want all Big Fat Lose money.
