I still have accounts appear, .. on my credit report after bankruptcy filining What can I do?

I put chapter 13 bankruptcy about a year ago .. I all three credit reports and it looks like I have a credit card from Bank of America, which seems to delinquent .. if i prove my release, the debt will be erased and the account from delinquency? or it is possible that it is not included in my BK? actually it was in Chapter 7, not 13 .. Sorry.

Show a copy of your bankruptcy attorney, they will contact these lenders and have them remove their claims. It is illegal to knowingly for them to do so.
