Why file for bankruptcy when your credit rating is bad, by not paying in the first place?

For example, am in debt of £ 6000 for approximately 6 Years, I constantly get letters saying I must pay for 6 years now, but I know that my credit is bad so what difference does it apply wud make the insolvency proceedings, in the not too concerned about getting a loan, card or anything so what shud i do, they keep ignoring or file for bankruptcy?

Late means that you had some problems, but try. Bankruptcy says that you took responsibility and in the center, said the hell with him and went away.
