Have you signed Chapter 7 bankruptcy? If so, what your experience and opinion of them was now?
Filed as an individual, not with a spouse. if you There were single file married but, as it has on your spouse, if any?
Filed in 2005, single. (I was 39 at the time). I worked had full time jobs my whole life, was a remarkably decent Athle, etc. In 2000 I began to acknowledge that my balance 'off' was – things such as walking and stair climbing simply does not feel right. I did not pay any attention to it – at first. But it got worse and worse. Finally I went to see doctors and after each Test in the book, she said, I have a really rare genetic neurological disorder that affects my motor skills. However, by 2005 I could hardly walk much less work. (I can always go hard, I use a walker, which is just nice for a 46-year old). So yes, I could not pay my CC bills and other bills. BK was the only way to stop anxiety. (I have thoughts of suicide). BK ————————- My experience was "smooth as silk." I could borrow some money from a family member, get a BK attorney and he did his job. It's pretty obvious to all, I will probably never be able to work again. But what a great relief to not think that fear and guilt no longer in my head. It was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. ———————— I was SSDI approved because I had paid into the system my whole life up to this point. I get a reasonable amount per month – but it is still below the poverty line. I have my own apartment in downtown Seattle with a great view (it's a low-income building, but it's a pretty nice building) and today I just thrifty . live
