Why health care reform is the matter?

I keep seeing statistics about people losing jobs, people filing for bankruptcy for health care. I get it, people do not have money to afford a doctor visit health. Thus, the reform of health care and make it affordable. My question is: "How do people have for affordable health care, pay no jobs?" No jobs means no Money, nothing to spend for them. It does not matter how cheap it is when you are unemployed. Unemployment is nearly 10%

It is paid for by someone else. What is the problem. Inflation is hidden that our country is declining. People make the high cost of health care in some unfounded greed, when the truth is that our pocketbook is shrinking and we can not afford health care. There are several types of inflation. Health care goes up, because people throws up. Consumer prices are stagnant, because more jobs are outsourced.
