Do I qualify for a loan?

I have a Discover credit card and I had tmobile for 3 lines approved, if that helps any. I have the credit card and 3 lines in the last month, however, on 10 November. My credit score was 0 in Dec 1, and today its 718th I do not qualify can I? = / I know is that all other information should I bring? Just ask and I say.
