Tell me your Chapter 7 bankruptcy history – in Florida?
We filed for Chapter 13 of the closure to protect a house in. Due to unforeseen Circumstances, we may, we must back the house to foreclosure and change in Chapter 7 bankruptcy – what happened in a 7? What can the courts / Creditors take from you if you own a home that was lost in the property? Husband is concerned, the courts can come and take everything – such as collections and TVS, Do you have etc. to tell a story Chapter 7 – good or bad?
Are you not come and take anything from you when you switch to Chapter 7. There is no such fear.
