Is there a way I can auto-file bankruptcy without my?
I recently had an unwilling to change jobs with my company and took a $ 15,000 per pay cut year. I can not afford not to eat again. I have three credit cards, finance a computer, and is about $ 1000 in hospital bills. My car payment $ 640 per month. Yah, I know, but I could afford a year and a half ago. Should I file bankruptcy or try to, take a personal loan, all and pay you get caught. My car is about to be repossessed, if I voluntarily surreder. Who knows best?
No, not file! Talk Using a credit counselor and think about a different job. Not only a second, better. You file, and it stays with you for over 10 years. Not a good idea. If the car is worth something, they can take it. Be smart and first TLK to credit counselors. Please do not panic .. one door closes and another opens. Good Luck!
