I have heard online by the bankruptcy itself, but am not sure where should I start …?

I heard someone talking about it and they said they did it for $ 99 online …. any suggestions?

My suggestion is do not do it. This is a very tricky area of law and if you break in any way, it will pay you 10 times! Hire a lawyer and do it the right way, which will not end up biting you later in the rear.
