Federal Bankruptcy Court: How do I protect my rights against the trustee in bankruptcy?

The trustee was able to make me a default judgment as against creditors in a Ponzi scheme. This was without my knowledge, that several notices have been done never received. I also had the fiduciary used law firm in the past and knew that the prosecutor handling the matter, so everything was seemingly casual. Now I am clear with the standard face. I have to defend my position that I will receive money paid to me were in the ordinary and trying to determine the actual settlement of the matter. This all happened 8 or so years, and many records are no longer available. Upon learning of the Court a few weeks ago I was very shocked and Attorney Ethics charges threatened against the accounting firm. The Court seems just that about them. How do I present myself as a victim of the trustee and not as a Johnny come in last Time desperately defend myself?

Young — nows the time to a "good" lawyer at your side. I feel for you buddy.
