federal bankruptcy forms
Bankruptcy, multiple addresses and submission of federal and state taxes?

I need help, please. I lived in PA my whole life, a house there. I lost my job 1.5 years ago, and I had to file bankruptcy in April of 2007. For the past 8 months I stayed with a friend and work in Missouri. But my home is in PA, but with my friends address for local employment. My question is: Do I file my federal and state taxes for Pennsylvania as I always have? If I do that, and on my PA forms, laid taxes were paid MO, or do I just MO file, and if I do that, according to PA for me to find my taxes? Or If I do the PA income tax, MO will issue for me for a tax return? Even if my bankruptcy and Chapter 13 payment plan at all on my tax return? I need help. I always do my taxes because I can not afford to pay an accountant now. Please help.

If you have a program like TurboTax It will take use through the process and ask the relevant questions. $ 40 is a good investment in knowing you did your best with this cruel task. I recommend it because Tax Code is complex and none of us is an expert. Her publications are written by lawyers and bureaucratic not in real English. You pay income taxes according to where it is earned, in this case was MO. the only taxes you pay in PA (not the IRS) would be property taxes on your homepage. will not do, but I think bankruptcy, the TurboTax program works
