exempt bankruptcy assets

exempt bankruptcy assets
The collection of someone who has betrayed me?

A few years ago I had the card for bankruptcy because a man who supposedly loved me, betrayed me in lending him my credit card. $ 36,000 debt later, I was forced to file for bankruptcy. I did not receive those goods or services. After years of dealing rotated with legal paperwork, always downwards for rent, jobs, etc., he is thriving financially, and not even offered me one of the goods he bought on my credit card (Because he said he would do it for me somehow held). I am ashamed that I am such a fool, but I do not deserve. I am an honest person. I wish It was something I could do. I have an old note from him before my bankruptcy, but perhaps should have gone in the non-exempt assets. I understood not all the time and still do not. I can try to collect on it? if do not, what recourse do I have?

It does not look like a lot of options choice but to resort to a lawyer … Laws are created to protect all citizens. Of course, they can advise you what to do best.
