Debt and moving overseas?
I currently have a "newish" IVA. I have since been released and signs in life to point me to return all where I was born – I have duel citizenship, not as the British government was on, before someone has a moan! I just wanted to know if my best option, to try to pay VAT from overseas, or perhaps breaking the IVA and then filed for bankruptcy and if I do this how will it affect me abroad. Is there a list somewhere, all the schedules, the "carry over" your credit file? Very confused, but really on the move looking up soon! Thanks for any constructive answers! Deportation would never be an option, as I do two passes for two different countries Great Britain one of them so I'm not here on hold a visa or anything, Opportunities for me to come back to something more than a vacation are slim to none too!

Bankruptcy will touch the world, but it really would be most effective within the EU (except Denmark) and Australia. You can build your credit score in the new country, and you should be out of bankruptcy within a year. If you can help with bankruptcy, there is free advice available to
