Did anyone have a reputable Credit Repair Agency?

I have several charge offs and collections of articles on my credit report. I would like for this Article is removed. The biggest challenge is with Experian not delete anything. I want to buy a house to increase my score. I paid my Collection accounts and charge offs all have zero balances three years ago. I only went back because I care for a sick parent. My mistake was I never received or asked for a written Write the creditor to remove it from my credit report after I paid. At the time I thought everything was about 3 years paying off my debt.
