district bankruptcy court
What does a district court ruling that mean?

We recently had to pass through a foreclosure on a business property, which we heard. The Bank has issued a ruling in the district court. I just spoke with my banker, she told me to look it up. states, they set out our bank accounts? We will then file bankruptcy soon as we can afford it. does anybody know what this really, what can the bank take immediate action against us. thanks

Mag is correct …. But there are complications with their answers. Being that is a foreclosure, it will gain them more opportunities. But you said it was on "Business-Immobilien "….. It is personally owned by the Company or by you? In general, once they have placed you in court, the judge issued a "decision" the means that it has declared the winners of the Bank in its application, and they start trying to collect their money in what court legally available to them. With the foreclosure they sell the property and the proceeds for the amount you owe. You will be after you come for the rest. Again, bankruptcy will protect your registration, but You will most likely lose the business property tax. I do not have enough information to properly advise you on how to proceed.
