always a Canadian tax refund after bankruptcy?
We have discharged before 10 months. I contacted the Canada Revenue Agency, and they have us as a relief for clarification on their end. We are a bit confused about this. We want to do our income tax. The trustee said we can not cash back, but could we say of Accountants. Even the Canada Revenue says we can. Has anyone had this happen and what happened? We have reduced our income tax for many Things to use now. We have no money because of the trustee, but they are not yet dishcarged. UUGGGHHHH! such a pain!
Listen CRA, because that's who you fight to have. You might think that when you say cash back, you mean you wonder if you get refunded your money this year and did not do it in the direction Insolvency go. With "cash back" I'm assuming that you mean you want to get your refund on the spot if you done your taxes. If you're somewhere such as H & R (which you already made?) pick, they will be able to tell you whether you can do, the cash-back option. Even if they really think and they can not when they submit your claims electronically, they can know CRA if it do not come for some reason considered. Worst-case scenario is that they do not file electronically and have a paper back, the 4 to 6 can send and take weeks to complete. So if all your documents together do not delay … just in case. I hope this helps a little. =)
