I am a real estate investor with substantial Credit card debt. Can I declare bankruptcy and keep-my property? I bought a large commercial property in the year 2006 and the tenant to the south. Could I used not find a tenant for the property and to pay my credit card the big mortgage and now it has caught on me. I'm hardly in a position to mortgage payments, get because of all the loan payments. I am getting into serious trouble. Can someone give me some advice?
