The Convenient Death of Attorney Bryan Stone

The convenient DEATH OF ATTORNEY BRYAN STONE

Bryan Stone was not a criminal mastermind, as the State Bar of Texas, the Public wants to believe. He was short and overweight and had a little practice, when I met him. Bryan Stone wanted to be successful, and it needed it to play ball with the big boys at the State Bar of Texas. He had to obey their orders, even if that meant breaking the law, and to break the law, he did. Bryan Stone took my case to them only as far as possible to prevent damage and justice by serving. However, he could not the pace of his deception, and finally overtook him. forged a year after he and lawyer Ilene Smoge my signature on the back of the insurance check and cashed, said Bryan Stone ran out of lies on why it take so long to check with the insurance. In his desperation, he had his former partner call my new attorney asked her not to go with my case, because they would get in a lot of trouble. Strong words from the mouth of a lawyer, pleading with a colleague not to do the right thing. The night before he was to my new attorney the whereabouts of the insurance money to say, Bryan Stone met with someone in his car in a parking lot in Dallas, Texas. That night, Bryan Stone died from a shot to the head.

The next day I received a call from my new lawyer tells me that Bryan Stone's former partner called them, know they can, by his death, and that the money the insurance was gone. Bryan Stone kept calling my new partner's former attorney and director, who you talk to and ask, what, what I thought was unusual. After that, my new attorney sent me a report painting Bryan Stone as a criminal who had deceived many, many people, including one for over a million Dollars (that last part was not written in their letter, but she said it to me over the phone). They insisted I could never get my money back, because were too many people to his estate, and I had forgotten about the insurance money both Bryan Stone and Ilene Smoge cheated me.

Later, I found out that a lie was.

Here is a copy of their letter:

Attorney at Law

Dear D:

As I promised, I send you a summary of my notes on your case, sorted in order of the source. I'm sorry your money not be recovered from your former attorney.

Brian Stone
Deceased (?)
July:

First said he had the Control, but was related to the allocation of money by an agreement signed at the mediation prohibited until all parties had signed the settlement documents, and the accused are not found. He also said that you refused to sign a settlement agreement he drafted. I know I do not approve and review of, either. Then he said: They did not want to sign until the defendant had signed. He then said that he had a motion to compel and to sign it with you that when he the court had received, and waited prepared for a hearing.

August 4, 2000:

He told me he had called the insurance company twice for permission to spend money without the signature of the defendant's release request, and that he was waiting for a response.

Former Partner / Associate of Stone.

Admitted that he in the mediation. He said Stone told him that there were problems in the language of Release prohibit him from distributing funds, but that he thought this was ridiculous that the defendant did not sign a release to distribute to agents. To of the time, he said he thought Stone did not have the funds to be distributed.

After Stone's death, told me that Stone Joiner woman to society have (try "PC") (as Stone has taken over the shop) brought in the bankruptcy. Schreiner was obviously there, and told me that the judge Corporate Trustee Representative Robert Newhouse disqualified because Newhouse admitted that he do not actually know how much money, if any, had the society. The judge accused the bankruptcy.

According to Joiner, many people were missing money, and none of them were listed as creditors of the PC, nor were any meeting of bankruptcy. Joiner informed thought the PC had a $ 25,000 life insurance, but that the books were in such disarray that it may not even cover the cost of a forensic audit. He said the only way to an accounting, what is actually there and what had happened, to get the case in probate court, but that Stone's wife was the fight against this, for obvious reasons. However, they can not sell the house until they go through probate if the house is in their two names. Title must be deleted. Even the people who were defined as confidential demolished on the property, the Stone property in probate force. Joiner but said he was not sure what would happen now.

Carpenter told me that someone said (he to me, and who said he did not know how the source the information has denied) Joiner said that within a few weeks after the death of Stone, Stone's wife paid off the house and car. The house had apparently only bought recently.
Joiner suggested I Gino Cisco (sp?) A lawyer who officed Stone next call because he was a recipient is a good, of which Stone was the executor. Apparently Stone in the course of the administration, a series sold by companies from the estate, and no one knows where the proceeds are from the sale. The customer they do not get. In the spring, said Cisko that something was strange.

An interesting Note that the bankruptcy hearing was originally to take place the day before, but if the trustee arrived, he realized he had a conflict, he had previously sued Stone bankruptcy fraud, and he had a sentence for hundreds of thousands of dollars obtained. This ruling was upheld by the Fifth Circuit.

Joiner asked if an autopsy would be done, and Ernst Leonard, the lawyer, the matter in the to put bankrupt trying not know.

Schreiner believes that Stone may have faked his own death, that this may not have been a suicide. Alternative he may have been murdered. Stone was president of his homeowners association and acquired many customers in this way, and have many of them. Stone received a check for $ 5000 on behalf of a client, redeemed, and kept the money.

Stone had a client who had half-interest in a strip bar, the other half owner in possession of a weapon in a bad area part of Dallas. The day before he died, was Stone (The) strip club on business. Next morning, Stone was (the) gun shop and said (he) wanted to buy a) gun to protect his wife. Was told (he) needs (a) to review the background to come back at 1:00 pm Some time that evening, he was found a block away, thinks Joiner in a parking lot. Joiner does not know who found him.

Gino Cisco (sp?)

Mr. Cisco qualified his statements by noting that a lot his information was pure conjecture. He suspected that your money was gone, that Stone was spent. Cisco did not know who had access to the books and records of Stone. Also the bankruptcy lawyer for the PC had no access to the PC's financial information. No one had authority to give the attorney sign the rights of bankruptcy, and he could not To assert that it really was bankrupt. Therefore, the procedure has to be thrown out. However, the lawyer said that he had filed for bankruptcy, saw a death certificate.

Cisco client was for about $ 90k-$ 150k. Cisco acquired, he said, heard that no cadaver had been logged in, his allegedly died the day after Stone.

Cisco asked that I fax him the death certificate. As far as Cisco knew no one to take over have been appointed, their financial records.

Nice, is not true? Mr. Stone was a colorful character, letter. A thief several times, and still allowed to practice law in Texas with a clean record. He had already been sued in bankruptcy fraud and several people had been cheated. My money? Gone by Stone spent. No way to recover it. Gone with the Wind.

Oh, the intrigue! I guess Talya B. thought that this letter would be enough to forget me all about the lawyers of Texas robbed. Your letter looks so professional.

But regardless of what Bryan Stone has in his life, or how many people he has cheated, or if any of the contents of this letter are true, this try to write nothing but a smokescreen to believe me, I can not get my money back.

As fascinating as this letter is is irrelevant. Nothing written questions regarding this case to my. The only thing that matters to rest for me my money, Is that Bryan Stone is dead. Period.

Founded in 1971 by the State Bar of Texas, the Client Security Fund to customers who have been reimbursement by their lawyers or have their lawyers, before the client died to collect the money defrauded. I qualified for both requirements. However, there was one big problem: Ilene smog. She and Bryan Stone had cashed my insurance check after my name was forged on the back. Her name was on the front of the check (although as I fired my lawyer for she had already cheated me of a previous insurance check). The heads of the State Bar of Texas did everything in their power to protect, which meant break any single law in Texas. They would not – could not – allow me, on the Client Security Fund and had me learn a petition for the insurance money owed me. The check was cashed by forging my signature, and both Bryan Stone and Ilene Smoge the names were listed as the lawyers me. So my new attorney wrote me a wild report is Bryan Stone as a master criminal who owe money to everyone and their mother. She never mentioned, not even the Client Security Fund, although the was the place for me to ask for my money, as is the normal procedure when a lawyer dies.

Another Texas lawyer breaking the law. Déjà vu all over again.

Bryan Stone was not a genius, as the State Bar of Texas would be the public. Bryan Stone feel like a fool. We all know what happens scapegoats in Texas.
