creditors meeting bankruptcy

creditors meeting bankruptcy
Can I pay off creditors after the bankruptcy 341 meeting to hold something?

Help! We already filed for bankruptcy and the 341 session. My mother has a campground timeshare that was almost gone, paid, and my name was on it. I knew that I can use the membership, but since they paid for it and I never signed, I did not know that I was one of the debtors. We saw the charge on the petition, but it was from the same lender as one of my student loan so we just thought it was my student loans. Now we just have to find out that it is included in the bankruptcy. The company has agreed to redeem us so that she could to keep them. However, I know that if I go to a creditor before the 341 hearing, that the trustee could force the company pay the money among the other creditors divided. Do you think that could happen now that we are already hearing the 341 last?

Surely you must discuss this with a lawyer. If you never signed a note for the timeshare, you can not held liable and the account should not be included in your bankruptcy. What the facts actually are, is your understanding of the facts is inaccurate. As such, it is for you not to give the necessary information for a correct answer mail possible.
