Can Horizion Card Services "will be held responsible for" false representation?
After seeing and reading the "Yahoo Answers" page on this so-called credit card, some call it a fraud, others praise what they do to help the people supposedly be building up their credit, I see it as fraud and Deceive the public. You can use the money that they give you for things you buy from a catalog and create a different law or the money to set a legit company that will combine all your debts, a reasonable monthly payment, you slowly pay off debts and at the same time, to repair your credit rating and pay off your debts and not create more debt. There is something to think about, hey!
although I would almost end ou this catalog cards would agree misreprensentation appear, but they are not when they say the fine print that read a pre approved credit line on their repsective's catalog and as such not a Credit agency credit report and thus not new, but people in general are either stupid or greedy or both, as witness why should anyone believe that we were suddenly already approved for 2500.00 (typical) on a card with a shop or by e-mail some say lettewr from someone in Nigeria that some rich prince died, and you are heirs of the money by a few long lost bloodline, but all you to give out personal information to havre, people still sing up for this fraud .. as much as I think the card and what is not lame, and maybe even a false representation, you have to lay the blame for the rest of the people
