I recently paid off all my debts. How long does it take to repair my credit and I can not help?

I have to get old " a credit card and go nuts "thing in college. Well, I've only recently come to some money and paid off all my debts. I drive a car that is ready to to fall apart and a new urgency. I just want to know if anyone knows as well as I can help to repair my credit, so I'm not a 500% interest rate have on a car loan (If anyone even me!).
