Credit repair? United Credit Association?

Has anyone heard of United Credit Union? You are a credit repair agency. I want to know whether these agencies are legal and if they can actually repair your credit. My broker recommended it to me because they have a meeting with some brokers in Houston, TX and had it guarantees to fix your credit in 6 months.

I always find it funny to people printing the myths about credit repair companies to read. My favorite is "Why pay someone to do something for you that you do yourself? "This is the most absurd of all the questions I have ever read. If your car breaks down, take it to a mechanic. You can do it yourself, true, but it is Wizer to a professional, trust it for you. And after six months if the information they had removed back on your report, you have to pay again to get it back removed. Ideally, a company that will give you their services over a longer period (eg 18 months), so that they have cleaned your credit report they can monitor to ensure that the information that was removed is gone. If there is, they should not charge to have it removed. You should know how to go through the road blocks that the credit reporting agencies take up to prevent success. Yes, such a company exists.
