courts with bankruptcy jurisdiction

what can I get out of this?
I have reported on here many times about a judge that simply hated me because I was male. Many of you said I was crazy. Well, That same judge (divorce court) charged me with a criminal charge and threw me in jail for 25 days. No rights were read, no attorney, no due process, NOTHING. The matter she ruled on was a debt I had in FEDERAL bankruptcy court. She basically made a ruling WAY outside her jurisdiction and in two separate courts. My civil rights were violated and I will be seeking justice. Has anyone had any experience in this area, and what was the outcome.
How can this be true? we live in a country where our laws and freedoms are the envy of the world. We are currently in several countries killing them to make them understand that the things you have told us happened to you, do not happen in our country to our citizens. These things happen because we vote for pretty faces not people that can run a democracy. The republican candidate would never have won the last election because he was not considered pretty enough. You young people have got to go back to electing a person for his ability not looks, Either of the two ladies that ran for the presidency would have done a great job, but we in this country are far to macho to consider a woman president, and that goes for the woman voters also. The are more women than men in this country, so it speaks for its self, the woman of this country are chauvinist also in their way. Smarten up and elect a strong person who has the guts to tackle these abuses of power, not a pretty face. phew, that tirade has worn me out, now to answer your question, you need to talk with a lawyer that deals with civil rights problems. If you find the Bar Association for your state, they will be able to put you on to someone that deals in these matters. Your average family lawyer such as me are not really up to the job. I know these things happen but it takes a specialist to get justice for you. Good luck
