Bankruptcy lawyer. Cost?? Free Consultation?
Does anyone know of any bankruptcy lawyers in Ontario that offer pro-bono work or free consultations? Not a trustee. A bankruptcy lawyer that actually can defend your case.
Would they do pro-bono work for a senior on a low income pension?
Most bankruptcy lawyers will review your case for free. If you elect to continue with the bankruptcy, then they will charge you a set fee. No bankruptcy lawyer that I know of does any work for free.
