Can u claim bankruptcy twice?

I claimed bankruptcy once about 8 years. Pre-Cam I say again. In trying to pay for things, but I can not even pay my bills regularly. I am a single mother and I have the last 3 months looking for a part time job to find in and I am recently dismissed, is 3 weeks and got my first check, but not even his 200.00 after tax. Suggestions. No one seems to understand that I no money to all my bills pay, they just want their money or else. In the beginning very stressed trying to help struggle.Any advice thank you all so much! Oh, and no possibility of a loan to get even with a co-signer.

I can relate. You can file twice – just call the next bankruptcy court in your area and ask for the clerk's office office. When you when you are entitled to re-file. I understand completely. I was down from 10 weeks and here it is almost impossible for a decent job to get.
