chrysler service contracts bankruptcy
Chrysler shut down with car dealerships and retailers have inventory to sell, what will be MSRP discount?

I'm curious to know whether Chrysler dealers will be willing to be less than the MSRP, or even to accept below cost in order to liquidate the inventory of Chrysler cars. If so, what would expected to be a reasonable discount rate? This is a clearance sale, yes? Even after purchasing a new Chrysler car, service, or who? Will there service plans with the car drive and if so, who will honor it? The nearest Chrysler dealer who did not get shut down? Will parts for Chrysler vehicles or in the future? My Feeling is that while Chrysler has filed bankruptcy, they can negotiate for a plan of reorganization, re-emerge with new major contracts. Or is this a total of Melt-down / sale of all assets?

Since they are not all closed down, other Chrysler dealers to honor warranties, you may need to travel a little further though. Even if they were all to be shut down, the law reserves at least 10 years are available. I would not over To worry, they will probably be available much longer than that.
