chapter 7 bankruptcy attorney fees

My Chapter May 7 was released in 2009 and my mortgage was recorded. That gave me nothing to my mortgage company to thank. Obviously, they started the foreclosure process and My summary of the final ruling is less than a month away. I know that I am not owed anything on the mortgage, because they forgive the debt in the bankruptcy, But – I want the mortgage solicitors, etc for everything thanks to? I ask because I noticed on the County Clerk's website is, the mortgage companies are calling for relief for attorneys' fees, etc. ..

Let's face the facts. An economy can not function if people are only able to skip all of their invoices and then expect to pay someone else to do. You must pay these bills, that's just life. But you seem a good and honest man and I hope that everything goes well for you. Please work harder and spend less. Peace.
