chapter 13 bankruptcy nevada
What happens after bankruptcy chapter 13 is dismissed and closed non-payment?

A house that I buy in Las Vegas, Nevada is still trust and I'm just waiting for the order of the court for release of property from the bankruptcy court, which happen when all payments to the trustee would be fully paid. Unfortunately, the case was closed for non-payment. Since the bankruptcy case is now closed, and the debtor (seller of I buy real estate) is no longer protected by Chapter 13 of its demands, which declined to $ 26,000. What happens to the house that I buy that the bankruptcy is closed? Can the debtor under the Property that are running now in escrow account?

If the house was guaranteed under Chapter 13 is, it could have not been put up for sale until the bankruptcy has been discharged / closed. You would, you had to apply to the court, and so more than likely, the judge does not it would not do if the creditor on the house proof that the debt is intended, before he have released it. Now back to our original Question, yes, the creditor can and probably will go to the house when the bankruptcy was closed without payment, it is no longer under protection. If I were you, I was screwed into a look and check yourself by exactly what is going on before you get on. I live in LV and went through some what similar situation with a house, so I do not know it cannot be in anyway sold, while it is under the protection of the courts, unless the Court making it. His careful and GL.
