What is a "Motion Release" filed by a mortgage company? What does this mean? Yes, I am behind the payment.?

I live in Illinois Chapter 13 bankruptcy and have been in over a year. Cheryl G. – They said today would be submitted on 12-31-09. When I click on my account current before then would bring, would they still be able to follow through? I lost my job, that's how I got behind. I am now getting back on my feet and able to pay on time each month from January. The mortgage company was very dumb when I asked these questions today. Frak-1A12 I have not received the document, nor has it yet been filed, the was my reasoning for asking.
