I am a single mother of 3 children and have indicated that wages be garnished will be my one. This is based on an old hospital Bill of 12,000 dollars. I went to a garnishment hearing to try and have stopped it, but the judge said that there was nothing he could do something, to stop it, Garnish me, though, that I can cultivate in order to pay the rent! A friend recommended bankruptcy to stop the seizure, but also said that my tax refund lose .. My refunds are the only thing that put me back on track for the year with auto repairs clothing help for the children and bills etc. My question is whether I, after I have my refund, they will take my next years back from now on will file.
