business bankruptcy chapter 11
Received bankruptcy court summons from the company, I do not know?
I received a letter saying that a company in the healthcare / hospital takes me Chapter 11 bankruptcy court, something about sales and bidding procedures. I've never been in this hospital and therefore never a bill. I received the letter today – two working days from the court date. What I plan to do when I'm there? Do I need a lawyer? I have debts, about 5,000 in credit cards, but I'm working two jobs and pay my Bills. I can not afford, court costs and was afraid to let it ride.
Hmmm Usually this means the company / group is bankrupt and selling IT assets for its shareholders, etc.
