I wonder, there is no real way to the collection agency demanding that I am in bankruptcy, without having to rush to sue me or something before I officially file file say? I'm afraid if I did not tell you contact me and just turn my attorney because I'm always ready, they will breed file, and other measures to get on me that I could not stop in the situation. Suggestions? : | Yeah thats what I'm scared … they say to throw to contact me a lawyer and then they are in court papers and how to share. I pay my lawyer as soon as I (on my income haha). I think that is my main question is, when I tell them that I am filing and to contact my lawyer and they decide to sue me before or right at the time, which I gather file to say, collect them in the situation?
Hello. Ehrlich They said they do not need to say anything. Even if she has to go to civil court, it would be discharged in bankruptcy. No worries. Or you can use the name and Number of your lawyer and give it up in contact. Hope this helped.
