bankruptcy watch

What will happen on WAMUQ and how can I return the money?
I bought Washington Mutual for a long time and have watched it then the removal of all Way to protect creditors and off the NYSE. What should I do with my remaining shares? Perhaps a class action? Is there any hope for profit, or should I dump all my Shares now for something like $ 30.00?
the recent rise has encouraged the people still hold this security. It went as low as $ 0.015 to $ 0.41 today. This increase (million shares traded 100s in a few days) does not happen for no reason, especially with such a high volume is. The current complaints seem to favor WMI (former WaMu holding company) and play for JPM and the FDIC will see their appeals turned down. There is a chance that you back some money without collective action, JPM accepted to settle all issues with WMI. WMI is sued for more than $ 16b in a single process, and many are currently working against the other institutions. WaMu was in a fire sale at a price sales of ridicule ($ 1.88b) to JPM who recently admitted that what it has earned worth it, more so than what was paid. Hopefully we will do not see this stock being traded for a few cents more.
