Things I need to know: 1 – Do I have to Husband to disclose income, if I look at bankruptsy explain? 2 – What do I need to be made public? 3 – Do I have to repay anything? (Some bills are 5 + Years) 4 – How the new bankruptsy law is different than before? I will be moving to Virginia in two months.
