What has happened to my bankruptcy?
Two years ago, bankruptcy was pending. I then got into some trouble and went away, and because the irresponsible Girl I was never bothered completing my bankruptcy and is discharged. I did open it, and now that I'm back and I need to sort out I cried my bankruptcy administrator to find out what I must do. They advised me that "as trustees, they were discharged from my bankruptcy." I'm not quite sure what that means. I think it means that, because I was never bothered and has his assigned tasks, they closed the file and all my debts again and its as if my ankruptcy has never been easy. Is that correct? Does this mean I need not now be dismissed, because all my debts are now my responsibility again and bakruptcy is just gone? Any help would be appreciated hugley.
Means that the trustees were fired because you leave the city. Their debts are still there and grows from day to day. Start cleaning up your mess. Either you pay off your debt or try again from bankruptcy. You may not be approved, the judge look at your track record and deny.
